A disgraceful place. They don't offer me any alternative, it's the third time I've had the same breakdown in 1 year and the car is new (it's 2 years old). It took me 5 weeks to get a gear changed and 4 weeks to get my car appraised. My next car I am sure will not be with Ford and even less so at this dealership.

Very friendly, attentive and efficient staff, they always answer all your doubts and questions. I already have 4 cars bought there and I have always been very well taken care of and the workshop reception staff are very attentive and efficient and friendly. And the workshop staff leaving you the car like new
